I grew up with my nose in either a book or musical composition and I knew nothing about fitness. When I first stepped foot into a gym, I could not have been more intimidated or terrified. It took me years to gain confidence at the gym, but once I did, I knew me and the gym were bonded for life–in all the little and big ways, weightlifting shaped both my mind and body, teaching me the value of self-discipline, humility, and growth.
As I’ve navigated my own fitness journey through the toughest, most demanding chapters of my life, I understand how important it is to create a sustainable regimen that maneuvers with you as you grow as an individual. My goal is to not just be your fitness coach to reach your destination, but for your entire journey as well.
